Combined Cathedral Crews Rowing Club, Inc. conducts its business under the provisions of its Articles of Incorporation and its By-laws. The By-laws provide for up to 15 Board members. They also provide that the Board shall elect certain of its members as officers of the corporation. The 2011-12 Board is comprised of the following volunteers serving in the following official and other capacities:

Each new Board member is elected by the standing Board and typically serves a two-year term. In the spring of each year, the Board needs to consider how to fill the Board and Officer positions that are vacated at the end of each school year. All parents with an interest in serving as Board members are encouraged to communicate that interest to current Board members.
